Annual pricing in GBP, billed annually. Lite is self-serve through Stripe; Business self-serve checkout opens soon - enquire and our team will set you up. Enterprise is scoped with our team and supplied under an agreement with a contractual service level. Lite adds a one-time £750 setup on year one. Billing, renewals and changes
- Plans renew automatically each year. Cancel at any time - your subscription runs to the end of the annual term you have paid for, then stops, and nothing further is billed.
- Need a different user count mid-term? Increases are charged pro rata straight away; decreases take effect at your annual renewal. Manage both in the Photon admin portal or by contacting us.

Before you choose a plan
No. Photon uses face detection via Amazon Rekognition only - it checks that a single clear face is present and well composed. It never matches or identifies people and creates no biometric templates.
UK London (eu-west-2) or EU Frankfurt (eu-central-1) for commercial cloud, or the AWS European Sovereign Cloud (AWS EUSC) for sovereign customers. Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, with audit logging and a web application firewall.
The trial is Photon Lite. Card details are collected at checkout, nothing is charged during the 7 days, and you can cancel at any time before the trial ends and pay nothing. If you do not cancel, your Lite subscription starts when the trial ends and the first invoice, including the one-time setup fee, is billed.
A person whose photo is processed. Account administrators also count as users. The trial covers a fixed 50 users for 7 days.
The person is shown plain-English reasons to fix and retake - for example that the photo is not sharp enough, or there is not enough space above the head - so they can submit a usable image without a back and forth.
Yes - custom branding, a custom logo and white-label theming of all colours are included on every edition. Photon Business runs as a dedicated, branded instance; running on your own domain is available with Enterprise's bespoke deployment. No. People are invited with a one-time link and a six-digit code sent to their email, then take or upload their photo in the browser on the device they already have - a phone, tablet or laptop. There is nothing to install.
